Essay with Ease provides educational instruction, writing guidance, admissions coaching, and application support designed to help students strengthen their college applications.

Our services are intended to teach writing skills, encourage self-reflection, and support the student's own work.

All essays, personal statements, and application materials submitted to colleges or universities must be the student's original work. We do not write essays for students, nor do we permit plagiarism, ghostwriting, or academic dishonesty.

2. Student Responsibility

College admissions decisions are made solely by individual institutions and are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control.

Purchasing our services does not guarantee any specific result.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, worksheets, templates, presentations, guides, downloadable resources, graphics, branding, and written content are the intellectual property of Essay with Ease unless otherwise indicated.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal educational purposes only.

5. Student Essays

Students retain ownership of their essays and written work.

By submitting work for review, you grant Essay with Ease permission to provide editing, instructional feedback, and coaching.

We will never publish or share student work without prior written permission.

6. Payments

Payment is due according to the pricing and payment schedule selected at enrollment.

If installment payments are offered, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the course or coaching services until the account is brought current.

Any late-payment policies, including applicable fees, will be disclosed before purchase and incorporated into these Terms.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

No refunds will be provided based solely on admissions outcomes, scholarship decisions, or application results.

8. Course Access

Course access is granted only to the individual purchaser unless otherwise specified.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully when interacting with instructors, staff, and other participants.

10. Coaching Sessions

For coaching services, students agree to attend scheduled sessions and communicate promptly regarding any requested changes.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests when notice is provided in advance.

Repeated missed appointments or failure to meet agreed-upon milestones may affect the student's ability to receive timely feedback.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essay with Ease and its owner, Christina Chady, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the applicable service.

12. Disclaimer

Educational content is provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing contained in our courses or coaching constitutes legal, financial, tax, psychological, or educational counseling beyond the scope of college admissions coaching.

Participants remain responsible for consulting appropriate professionals regarding legal, financial, immigration, disability accommodation, or other specialized matters.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if a participant:

Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box indicating your acceptance during registration, purchasing a course, creating an account, or otherwise accessing Essay with Ease materials or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

For one-on-one coaching services provided under a separate written agreement, those service-specific terms will supplement these Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between the two, the written coaching agreement will control for the services it covers.
